ZEST BAR AND RESTAURANT

Zest is an unpretentious café-restaurant in Lusaka that opened a few years ago in Livingstone. It is locally popular for its barbecued meats and sauces, planted on a long hanging rod called "espetada", the house specialty. You can also eat pizzas, burgers and sip good classic cocktails. The setting is very modest, with tables in an outdoor garden shaded by trees, as much as the prices on the menu, and the bar is animated in the evening in local atmosphere.
