HIPPOPOOL CAMPSITE

This camp is managed by the Otjipahuriro community and is surrounded by Himba and Zemba communities. About campsites have been built under mopanes and acacias. Each site has its barbecue. There are shared showers and toilets, but not electricity. We get lighting with oil lamps.

Proposed activities. Visits to Ruacana Falls, along the Kunene River, which was attended by hippos, wildlife observation and many rare bird species.
