Je peux recommander cet hôtel sans réserve. Personnel très agréable, chambres modernes, super bar et un très bon petit déjeuner. Le tout dans une ambiance moderne mais cosy. La ville est accessible à pied et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité même le soir.

Zimmer sind sauber und hübsch. Leider war zu keiner Zeit warmes Wasser verfügbar. Das ist aber auch der einzige Minuspunkt. Essen war top, Service zuvorkommend, Anlage gepflegt. Gerne wieder!

A complete gem, not only beautiful, but warm, welcoming, funny. The food is astonishingly good. We can also recommend the campsite, which is confy and well taken care of. Our best stay in Namibia

Kamers waren netjes en van alle comfort voorzien. (leuke douche, mooie badkamer, frigo ea)
Centrale ruimte was leuk om buiten te eten, maar onderhoud van de centrale infra mocht wat beter (zwembaden en tuin)
Verharde paden naar de lodges.

Very nice place, staff amazing, we did the game drive with ronaldo (our guide) was an incredibile experience highly reccomended. In the middle of nature close to the park... quiet and relaxing. Very well maintained and totally green (100% solar power, km0 food...)

Die Toshari Lodge liegt circa 25 km vor den Toren des Anderson Gate des Etosha Nationalpark. Somit liegt sie optimal, um den Park besuchen zu können. Die Lodge selbst bietet neben 48 Guesthouses auch eine Campsite, die sehr schön gelegen ist. Etwas nahe an der Straße, die aber ab Einbruch der Dunkelheit kaum mehr befahren ist.
Das Areal hat einen großen allgemeinen Bereich mit Restaurant, einen herrlichen Empfang und 3 Swimmingpools. Leider sind diese zwischenzeitlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen einer besseren Pflege. Dies trifft in gewisser Weise auch auf Teile des Areals zu. Einige Bereiche gibt es, die in Teilen besser gepflegt sein könnten. Nichtsdestotrotz hat uns der Aufenthalt hier sehr gut gefallen. Insbesondere beim Abendessen bietet das Personal an jedem Abend eine andere Aktivität. Das sehr freundliche Personal für dazu, dass die Toshari Lodge sehr zu empfehlen ist. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Poor customer service at front desk for this type of venue.

Food was ok but not great with not a large amount of choice. Pool unclean (not just leaves but slimey surfaces/caked on dirt on pool walls regardless evening/morning).

Safari drive finished an hour earlier than advertised with no issues explanation.

Partner left sunglasses by the pool and when lost asked at the desk and met with shoulder shrug.

During the day food only available between 12-2.

No ATM on site - nearest option 70km away but will change euros and USD.

Positives - room was clean, comfortable and pleasant, good AC, good cleaning service in the room.

We stopped in Swakopmund to break up our self drive trip between Sossusvlei and Spitzkoppe.
Location was right by the sea and nice walk to town (day time)
Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Really comfortable and substantial bed which is appreciated after camping on the way.
Room was great. Everything we needed.
About 10 euro max for return taxi ride to the Oasis Cellar to try the Namibian oysters.

Als Startpunkt für den Etosha NP top. Zimmer geräumig mit allem was man braucht. Frühstück und Abendessen gut. Service ist ausbaufähig.

Hübsche kleine Zimmer, sehr guter Service, sehr leckeres Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Luftfeuchtigkeit war nach dem Duschen etwas hoch und da hat das Abluftsystem auch nichts dran geändert. Wir hatten das „Unglück“, dass unser Zimmer zwischen Küche und der Treppe zu den oberen Zimmern gelegen war und es dadurch sehr laut war. Der Fernseher hat Netflix und die Betten waren ok. Wir hatten allerdings Ameisen im Zimmer und die Lage ist zwar nah am Wasser und der Waterfront (Shopping), City Center ist allerdings am anderen Ende der Stadt.

Great service, food and surroundings. Nice outdoor area. They organize interesting game drives in the Etosha game reserve. A really good option for a visit to Etosha.

A really lovely guesthouse. The rooms were clean, loved the look and feel of the room. Everything I needed while on business in Namibia's Swakopmund district.

The day I got there, the lady was making home made muesli, it was the best I've ever had!!! Delicious breakfast.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

This is a best accomodation with best price and power ratio, we were very suprised with room and willigness of staff (we arrived around 9pm) Morning starts with amazing breakfast - It was the best breakfast in Namibia what we had!
