Luxury lodges with swimming pool and various activities located in the middle of the dunes in a reserve in Mariental.

On 10 000 hectares, the reserve has 3 luxury lodges in the middle of the red dunes, the Camelthorn Lodge (11 chalets), the Zebra Lodge (13 rooms) and the Suricate Tented Camp (12 tents), each space has its own atmosphere, has a great comfort and is well equipped. There are pleasant communal rooms, a swimming pool for those who prefer to laze around instead of taking part in one of the activities on offer (walking with a bushman, game drive, quad-bike...).

I loved this place as it was different from the standard style lodges. The staff made you feel like family ( I was in a group of 16). Only negative for me- no vegetarian option.

Great horizon pool overlooking a wildlife watering hole. Highly recommend the evening drive with Andreas- giraffe, oryx, springbok, ostrich, rhinos and sunset drinks made this stay perfect.

Très bel endroit dans le désert du Kalahari. Lors d'une visite dans leur réserve privée nous avons vu entre autre des girafes mais surtout un couple de rhinocéros de très près grâce à notre guide très expérimenté. Un excellent souvenir pour clôturer notre voyage en Namibie.

Wirklich tolle Lodge mit kleinen Hütten als Zimmer und direktem Blick in die Landschaft und manchmal auch Tierwelt. Das Gamedrive mit Bertus am Nachmittag war so toll, dass wir es am zweiten Tag wiederholt haben. Sehr zu empfehlen auch der Spaziergang mit den San am morgen.

Unglaublich tolle Lage mitten im Busch. Die Tiere kommen nah ans Wasserloch in die Nähe des Pools. Unterkunft sehr sauber & das Personal sehr freundlich. Game drive mit Bertus hat Spaß gemacht. Auch am Essen gab es nichts auszusetzen!
