I had a fantastic stay at the Klein Windhoek Guesthouse. The staff was courteous and helpful. Abigail, Carmeline, Randall, Poppy and Buddy went out of their way to help the guests. I sincerely appreciate Claudia's valuable suggestions during my stay. Highly recommend this place!

Terrible place to stay. Cocroches running in the rooms, very old fashioned. Checked in and out right away when I saw how terrible the place is. Photos produced online is a trap, don't book this place. They even refused to refund me a single penny despite the fact that I didn't stay even 5 min in the place.

Most probably my worst stay in Namibia in 12 years. WiFi none existing. Towls are horrible. The so called breakfast is disgusting, slap dash no effort at all. I will never sleep here again I will rather sleep in my rental car or the street.

Dreadful place. Stayed here on our guided tour from Cape Town to Vic Falls. Not many positive things to say.
Wifi? Malfunction. Restaurant? Only used it for breakfast. It was crammed and smelly. The buffet was basic.
We had to wait for our rooms to be made useable. There was no linen at 3:30 pm even though checkin was at 2 pm. Felt uncomfortable the whole stay.

Family chalet didnt have enough cutlery, towls. Had to ask for everything. Chalet was next to the restaurant so there was constant noise

Good place to stay after flight, but max. 1 night. Good dinner and breakfast. Close to centre and shop to buy extra food and drinks.
