CHURCH OF SANTA MARIA DEGLI ANGELI

The church is located at the top of Monte Tamaro, at 1 567 m altitude, in the town of Alpe Foppa. You can reach it by the gondola that connects the summit to Rivera. Between 1992 and 1994 by the architect Mario Botta at the request of the owner of the cable, it is made of concrete with porphyry bearing and the appearance of a long footbridge of 65 m. The interior houses two decorations in marquetry of Enzo Cucchi.
