Très bon hôtel. Le prix est en relation avec la qualité de l'hôtel 5*. L'accueil est se fait par un personnel très attentif et professionnel. La qualité des chambres (grandeur, ambiance et situation) est très bonne. Le personnel en général est très attentif et prêt à vous rendre service. L'Hôtel se se trouve au bord du lac de Lugano à Vico Morcote. Liaisons par bus possible depuis Lugano.
