Locanda Barbarossa is a gourmet restaurant located on the southern shores of Lake Maggiore, within the Castello del Sole hotel complex. Here you can enjoy the refined Ticino cuisine of Mattias Roocks, a Relais & Château member with an 18-point Gault & Millau rating, accompanied by a good bottle of wine from the 450 selected by Sergio Bassi. All the restaurant's ingredients come mainly from the estate's own farm.
