This small restaurant, the oldest in the resort, offers a family atmosphere steeped in local traditions. Produce is king here. The chef buys from local producers. The cuisine is homemade and simple, with an emphasis on Valais specialities such as dried meat and Bagnes cheese. Fondue or raclette, served with veal, chicken or beef, is offered daily à la carte with homemade broth, salad and French fries. Swiss wines are featured to accompany your meal.
