Perched at 2,112 m, in an eco-responsible building, the restaurant offers a contemporary setting with panoramic views of the most beautiful peaks in the Alps. High-flying cuisine can be enjoyed both day and evening, with the option of a snowcat transfer. Close to the stars, the chef has won awards in the Michelin and Gault & Millau guides. A table that has to be earned.

Ce lieu d'exception, de part son architecture, sa localisation et sa vue imprenable; est un endroit incontournable. Une nourriture à base de produits simples et de qualité réalisée avec un technique irréprochable et une créativité intéressante.
Le dîner seul au milieu des montagnes en pleine nuit est une expérience inoubliable.
