Imposant au sommet de son rocher, il est parfaitement situé pour surveiller le Rhône. Visite très instructive et musée très fourni

Dominant Sion, il forme un bel ensemble avec le château de Valère.
la vue y sur la ville et la vallée y est superbe.
cela vaut vraiment la peine de monter jusqu'en haut !

très beau château que l'on peux rejoindre seulement à pied.On peut admirer depuis le château une très belle vue sur la ville.

Les deux châteaux de Sion sont Valère et Tourbillon. Valère est plus intéressant à visiter. La vue depuis les châteaux est imprenable. Déconseillé par forte chaleur.

Even if the ascent is a little difficult for that does not have the custom (it is a little steep and without shade with hottest of the day), do not hesitate to go up to the castle, you are rewarded with a splendid view of the other hill and the city.
