A nice stopover on the outskirts of the historic city centre. The chefs excel with both sea and land products. Try the mussels or the Hérens beef served in several variations: poached shoulder of beef, tartar, carpaccio, Florentine style, and pavement. The rustic decoration and the subdued lights give this restaurant an old-fashioned atmosphere. It is a good typical address to try all the local and Valaisan flavours and to enjoy the beautiful terrace in summer.
