This is the Hôtel de France restaurant. Why 77? Because it's open every evening, and the produce and wine on offer are sourced within a 77-kilometer radius. A great project! The cuisine is seasonal and local, yet inventive. You absolutely must try the local nectar that has given rise to so much controversy: absinthe. The restaurant offers around thirty different varieties. This plant used to be grown in the Franches Montagnes. You can try it by the glass, of course, but also in starters, sauces and desserts.
