From the mountains to the lake, discover two countries in one day. Your journey starts in La Cure by boarding the Nyon-Saint-Cergue-La Cure train. You will cross beautiful landscapes and an unparalleled panorama of Lake Geneva and the Alps will be offered to you. Once in Nyon, visit this city full of history and rich cultural life. On the docks, a boat is waiting to take you across the river to the medieval town of Yvoire with its many restaurants and artisan stores. You can also stroll along the lake.

Excursion La Cure-Yvoire is an original trip on a train from La Cure to Nyon and then by boat between Nyon and Yvoire (round trip). It allows you to discover castles and museums, to walk in the alleys and to stroll along the shores of Lake Geneva. It also lets you eat in one of the restaurants along the way. During the tour, you will discover hiking trails between La Cure and St-Cergue, the Castle of Nyon, the Garden of the five senses of Yvoire and many other must-see sites. Tickets are available at the 4 tourist offices in Les Rousses, at the train station in St-Cergue and at the ticket machines of the NStCM stations along the route. A great option for an outing with family or friends!
