Nous avons loué une voiture pour 3 jours. L accueil lors du retrait de la voiture a été très froid. Pas un regard ni un bonjour à l’arrivée. La personne en charge nous demandant après ce qu’il pouvait faire pour nous d’un air agacé... peut être nous louer la voiture que nous avons réservé... lors du retour un dimanche, tout est fermé. Nous Appelons le numéro d’urgence pour savoir que faire et la même personne nous répond que nous n’avons qu’à suivre les instructions qui nous ont été données d’un ton extrêmement désagréable. Seul problème aucune instruction nous a été donnée. Prestations low cost et service low cost assurés. A éviter de toute urgence! Première et dernière nous concernant.
