Eager to make the local traditions known, about thirty restaurateurs from Sundgau have joined together in the Sundgau Association, routes of fried carp. They are committed to honouring regional gastronomy with carp. Each restaurant has its own recipe. Marinated, in fritters, fleischnakas, sushi, it has even been declined in dessert! Of course, all you can do is lift the lid and discover for yourself the surprises the chefs have in store for you!
