Excellent burgers to enjoy in a trendy restaurant in Basel.
La Manufacture is a trendy restaurant frequented by the young people of the neighbourhood which offers excellent gourmet burgers, including a French formula (with brie and old-fashioned mustard), and tartines (the goat's cheese, thyme and honey is delicious). Other burgers on the menu will tempt you like the spicy Taj Mahaal or the Swiss made with local products... Veggie and vegan options are also available. The room is very pleasant and the place is always full, the advantage is also the continuous service, every day and quite late

Wir waren heute zum Brunch im schönen Garten.gekühlte Kaffees.ein Herz auf unseren Cappucinos on top.das Essen besonders die pancakes waren hervorragend.es war viel los.trotzdem hatten wir einen liebevollen Service.wir kommen gern wieder.haben sogar ein Kinderstuhl bekommen für die Terrasse.besten Dank.

Burgers are good. Both Indiana chicken and Beet burgers are good. No option to select the dressing for the salad. Also, the dressing was not mixed well with the salad. Staff was rude and not welcoming. The management need to train their staff on some basic courtesy

Es muss ja nicht immer Kaviar sein ;-). Wir konnten einen fantastischen Abend im Manufacture geniessen. Wir haben Burger bestellt und waren über die Frische, Qualität und Geschmack begeistert. Der Service war sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Und auch unser Hund hat den Abend genossen, weil man uns einen wirklich hundefreundlichen Tisch zugewiesen und er sogar ungefragt gleich einen Wassernapf bekommen hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt herrlich im schönen Garten!
