Fine cuisine to be enjoyed in a superb historic restaurant in Basel.
In this th century house where French troops were hired during the Revolution, we tasted a high quality gastronomy and we appreciate the impeccable service. The two rooms, offering two different maps, are majestic and have preserved the smells of yesteryear. Speciality of the house: the saddle of deer exploded. The map looks soft to the French tradition: tender Café de Paris, Chateaubriand, grilled wolffish. You can also enjoy a beautifully prepared Swiss speciality, the Kalbläberli (calf liver). From fine cuisine, in an exceptional setting, what more?

Fine dining at fair prices especially for Switzerland. Good value. Nice quiet and quaint atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Ambiente in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch gehoben. Was leider auch bei der Mentalität der französischen Mitarbeiter spürbar war... kaum ist man tattoowiert, wird man zweitrangig behandelt, teilweise vorsätzlich ignoriert... schade, denn das essen war sehr lecker.

First Class Restaurant. Eher kühles Ambiente. Dies ist aber eine individuelle Wahrnehmung. Ansonsten vom Feinsten. Bedienung absolut SUPER. Gratulation an das Personal.
