Seasonal cuisine in a historic restaurant just a stone's throw from the University of Basel.

This traditional restaurant in the old town, a stone's throw from the university, has been around for over a century. Swiss specialties take pride of place in the restaurant's stylish, retro decor, where wood is everywhere. The à la carte menu includes kutteln (veal offal) served in sauce with potatoes. Students often have salads (served in large bowls). A seasonal menu is also available (asparagus, mussels, etc.). A good address with an incredibly varied clientele. Reservations recommended.

Abbiamo cenato presso Harmonie al termine di una conferenza all'Università di Basilea e ci siamo trovati bene. Servizio attento, piatti tipici della tradizione Basilese (Blut- un Leberwurst, leberli ecc.) ben cucinato e serviti.

Schöner gemütlicher Ort, welche alle selbsternannten Berufsbasler kennen müssen. Ist für mich immer sehr schön, wie aufmerksam das Personal ist. Der Wurstkäsesalat mit Pommes ist wahrscheinlich kein Geheimtipp mehr. Die Sauce ist bemerkenswert gut. Bitte weiter so????.
