Mathieu Garard, an expatriate who has lived in Andorra for many years, is responsible for this unique artisanal honey production unit. Although the hives are scattered all over the place, it's at his workshop in l'Aldosa de Canillo that the beekeeper concocts no less than seven varieties of honey that have won several international awards.
