Nice hotel in Pas De La Casa, the rooms were clean but could do with more personality, the hotel bar is a nice spot to have a drink, the food is great at this hotel, we went half board and enjoyed the buffet meals every night, there was plenty of variety and the taste was generally very good, the location is great 2 minutes walk from the slopes with ski lockers available as well, well recommended.

Hotel et personnel tres sympa... l'hotel se situe a 2min a pied des pistes (et non au pied des pistes) et 10s de TOUS commerces.
Le spa est payant mais privatif, du coup super moment en amoureux.

Excellent hôtel à 100metre à pied des piste, où le confort de la literie et l'accueil est à la hauteur de ses étoiles. Le seul bémol est l'accès au spa limitée et payant (45min à 10€par personne) et l'appel d'offre "accès ski au pied" qui n'es pas véridique. La chambre dispose d'une baignoire spacieuses. Le wifi fonctionne du tonnerre ( attention le parfeu bloque tout lien sponsorisé Google).

Passamos uma semana neste hotel e não poderíamos estar mais satisfeitos com o serviço e atenção recebidos. As pessoas são extremamente amáveis e atenciosas. O pessoal de recepção e limpeza dos quartos é magníficos. A equipe do restaurante liderada pelo Fernando é uma espetáculo. Ficamos encantados com a atenção da Carla e da Sofia, que cada dia nos recebiam para o pequeno-almoço com um sorriso. O jantar é excelente e o buffet é bastante variado com pratos diferentes cada dia. A localização é ideal, o fato de ter onde guardar o material de ski e estar ao lado das pistas de esqui é algo a ressaltar. De todas as formas, o melhor de tudo neste hotel são as pessoas. Obrigada a toda a equipa do Magic Pas de la Casa por essa semana inesquecível! Nos vemos no próximo ano, se Deus quiser! Um grande abraço.

Excelente, la habitación bastante comoda y agradable. Muy buena atención. El hotel es muy céntrico y puedes encontrás tiendas, restaurantes y estas muy cerca de la pista de esquí.

Hotel acogedor, a 200m de pistas por lo que puedes ir andando. Personal muy amable y eficiente, comida de buena calidad y en abundancia. Incluye guarda-esquís gratuito en la planta -1.
Recomendado tanto para familias como para viajes de pareja o amigos. Cerca de tiendas y zona de restauración de Pas.
Mencionar que instalaciones pueden resultar anticuadas y habitación pequeña (depende de para cuantas personas sea) pero merece la pena por localización y servicio.

Overall it was good with some exceptions. No view from the window at all, no kettle in the room.

Basic rooms that were equipped with all the required. Towels, shower gels, shampoo, conditioner included.

Very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the buffet breakfast and dinner. The breakfast even included many types of milk (incl. Full fat, soya, almond, lactose free, skimmed), as well as tea and coffee (the coffee machine had many settings, but there were also instant coffees and there was filter coffee), and juices. The dinner buffet was very elaborate.

The hotel had a guardesqui and was located right next to the ski slopes and bars and restaurants. The surrounding village was not very interesting and only had a few nice restaurants.

Additional charge of 10€ per 45min for the use of the spa.

Limpio, cómodo, suficientes perchas en el armario ????, el servicio muy atento, los bufetes desayuno y cena muy bien o sea muy contentos. Pero teníamos habitación en el piso octavo y existen habitaciones que dan a un patio interior que no son tan agradables. Fue suficiente pedir otra habitación y ya! Súper amables !
El precio muy asequible y justo y queda a una distancia muy aceptable de las pistas.

Just returned from 3 night skiing break stay at Màgic Pas and was very impressed.

Location is 2 minutes walk from the ski lifts and the hotel has a vast amount of lockers to keep your ski equipment safe and the room is well heated to dry the kit out at the end of the day.

Rooms are comfortable and ideal for the break.

Staff are excellent, always keen to help and with a smile whether that be in the restaurant, bar or on the front desk. Due to flight times, we asked for a late check out (to 1pm from the standard 11am) and this was not a problem. Nicole assisted quickly and the extra €10 per hour meant we could enjoy an extra 3 hours skiing before using the room and then getting picked up for the airport.

We decided to go half board which worked well. The restaurant is nice and breakfast selection was ideal before heading out on the slopes. Never felt too busy so you had to wait, but busy enough for a very pleasant atmosphere. We stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant for the first two but on the final evening went to La Bianca just around the corner for an excellent pizza. You will probably be absolutely fine eating in the restaurant in an evening but selections may get a little repetitive if for longer than a few days. Not a criticism, and just a fact due to the size of the hotel and the need to try and cover a wide range of visitors.

The GrandValira ski setup is excellent and provides a vast area for skiing.

We spent a long time researching and reviewing hotels and resorts before booking and would highly recommend this hotel and would return.

El hotel está muy bien situado, la comida muy buena y el trato del personal de diez, mejor imposible. He estado la semana del 4 a 10 de febrero y sin ninguna duda lo recomiendo

Buena ubicación, con guarda skis , desayuno y cenas bastante bien y lo mejor el personal.

Las habitaciones correctas.

El hotel Magic Pas, tiene un servicio inmejorable en todos los sentidos, los recepcionistas muy amables y atentos, tuvimos un problema con la habitación y nos la cambiaron al día siguiente, personal de restaurante muy profesional pero sobre todo el encargado “Fernando”, todo amabilidad y profesionalidad, todos ellos/as siempre con una sonrisa y tratan de darte una solución con la alimentación. MUCHAS GRACIAS A TODO EL EQUIPO DE PROFESIONALES DEL MAGIC PAS. Volveremos seguro.

Me ha gustado sobre todo por la amabilidad del personal y la cercanía a pistas

Acabamos de estar alojados una semana en este hotel, y no puedo decir nada malo. El restaurante estaba muy bien llevado por los trabajadores, eran muy agradable y serviciales y la comida muy buena. La habitación era muy grande y el hotel era bonito y bien ubicado. Repetiremos, gracias por hacer nuestra estancia inolvidable

Un hotel agradable, con entretenimiento nocturno como el mago JJ y el cantautor que hubo durante mi estancia. Un servicio de desayuno y cena muy muy bueno... Para repetir!!!

Personal muy amable y atento. Bien situado,a escasos 100 metros de pistas. El bufet es variado y está bastante bueno.
