SAMANI RESTAURANT

The restaurant of the Samani Hotel is a gastronomic stopover in Azerbaijan. The chef knows how to work his products, mainly fish but also meat. The lamb chops are grilled to perfection, as are the fresh fish caught in the lake. Very beautiful platters of assortments with vegetables and a very particular care is given to the presentation of the plate, which is very rare outside Baku and pleasantly titillates the taste buds.
