BAZAR JAKHON
Go there and contact
The Andijan bazaar is reputed to be one of the largest and busiest in the region, especially on Sundays. Only during the cotton harvest are its aisles deserted. The best time to visit is late morning. Then you'll have plenty of time to lose yourself in the miles of stalls. You'll find absolutely everything you can imagine, but it's the fabric section in particular that's worth the detour for those of you who want to bring back adras and atlases at a good price. Here, as elsewhere, you'll find hard bargaining.
