Astonishing architecture with colonnades, balustrades and bossed ceilings. Marble in bathrooms and lobby. Recently refurbished, the rooms offer comfortable bedding and plenty of space. They evoke the hotel's past grandeur, when Andijan was still the valley's cotton capital. The hotel's added bonus: a spa with swimming pool and sauna. On a boulevard, facing the Pushkin Garden.
