The Platan restaurant is considered one of the best tables in town. With its large, friendly and contemporary room, its second private room, its delicious terrace, its decoration made of carved wood, exposed stone or adobe and old photographs of Samarkand, it offers the perfect setting to indulge in local specialties and fusion cuisine. The traditional cuisine is more refined here than in a tchaikhana and the menu offers forays into Georgian, Russian or Asian territory.

Un restaurant avec un grand patio très bien décoré, une grande salle intérieure également bien décorée. Le service et la cuisine sont raffinés. , Le soir, animation musicale dans la grande salle, avec même quelques passages cabaret.

Ce restaurant a été retenu par Orient voyages - Nouvelles Frontières pour une étape déjeuner. Effectivement, le repas était tout à fait correct dans une salle à manger spacieuse. Service rapide, efficace par un personnel attentionné.

Repas ouzbèke typique avec ses trois crudités en entrée, soupe pot-au-feu, viande et riz, crêpe en dessert.

Bière locale (1/2 litre) : 2 à 3€ selon que vous avez fait le change auprès du guide ou d'une banque !
