Ventilated, air-conditioned rooms with TV, small fridge and sometimes sofa

This is the perfect place for backpackers to spend a few nights in Bissau. Right next to the Dunia luxury hotel, Maria Fernanda Dias, a friendly Bissau-Guinean, rents out eight air-conditioned, ventilated rooms at the back of her house. The rooms are not very large, especially the bathrooms, but they are functional and clean. They are also equipped with a TV, a small fridge and sometimes a sofa. What more could you ask for? The house doesn't serve breakfast, but there's a bar at the end of the street.
