PLAGES AU BORD DU NIGER

Leaving Faranah in the direction of Kissidougou, the road follows the meandering Niger River for a few kilometers. The water here flows in all seasons, but with varying degrees of force and intensity. In the dry season, the banks of the river are more widely discovered, offering some beautiful sandbanks suitable for a short break or a picnic; it is also an opportunity to observe the local avifauna and in particular different species of kingfishers, attracted by the calm and clear waters.
