Behind the Rynek to the east, this church from the second half of the 14th century is the oldest monument in the city. It has been rebuilt several times after fires that ravaged it, the last time in the 18th century. It is in baroque style and we can only deplore that its tower, 90 m high, collapsed in 1776, hence the incongruous appearance of its current bell tower, which seems to be stuck here unexpectedly (which is the case). Its beautiful carved wooden entrance door is perhaps the only interest of the whole.
