KOMISARIAT

Without the large facade inviting passers-by and with a rather unpleasant appearance at first sight, the Komisariat does not immediately attract the eye when walking on Nowy Square. However, it is one of the nicest bars, its tiny, modern and warm room is entirely dedicated to libations. The beer, very cheap, is accompanied with each order by a small appetizer, following the Slavic tradition. Evenings at the Komisariat often end very late and one rarely leaves one's table to go elsewhere.
