Les Couleurs, or Kolory, as it is still called by Krakowites, is among the most beloved in Kazimierz. Its French bistro theme, with authentic imported chairs, walls lined with French posters and photos of Serge Gainsbourg, is seductive. Mainly frequented by a bohemian crowd, it is always full, day and night. Possibility to nibble on toasts and salads, French breakfast served in the morning. It is the only place in town where you can find a real pastis, but the bartenders don't know how to serve it.
