Standing in the heart of the town, it was built in the early ^18th century. It is in fact a skilful reuse of the old market hall, rebuilt in 1725, to which an upper floor was added. It features the town's coat of arms, a griffin with a fish tail. Above the main entrance, there's a stone Renaissance portal to the former town hall, which burned down in 1722 and justifies the new building. In front of the building, there's a pretty, much more recent fountain, built in 1919 at the time of Poland's independence.

La mairie de Darłowo a un style baroque et date de 1919. Ce bâtiment intéressant est situé sur la place du marché dans le centre-ville, dans les anciennes halles du marché, l'intérieur de la mairie n'est pas historique, car l'ancien hôtel de ville historique a brûlé en 1722.
Seulement un portail Renaissance sur la porte d'entrée s'est conservé.
