It's a very old establishment, once a restaurant before being converted into a typical local basement bar, frequented mainly for its fine cocktail list and bottled craft beer, produced by local brewery Amber Browar. Excellent flavors, with creative mixology at its best, brilliant service that will do whatever it takes to find your favorite booze. A special mention for the superb atmosphere in the room, as relaxed and friendly as in the late Soviet era.
