ARCHBISHOP'S MUSEUM

Gniezno Cathedral witnessed the coronation of the first kings of Poland and was the seat of religious power for several centuries. Despite the regular devastation and looting it has suffered throughout its history, it has managed to preserve some of its treasures and heritage. Its rich collections can be seen in the archdiocesan museum - the cathedral treasury. There are also some older artifacts from medieval Poland. We recommend a guided tour.
