BROVARIA

This bar-brewery was set up on the premises of its eponymous hotel, in an old building on Market Square, and caused quite a stir. It was the third brewery-restaurant to open in Poland. Here, seated between the copper pipes, you can enjoy the creations of unpasteurized beers from the regulars, a mix of young, trendy locals and expatriate enthusiasts. It's a real institution in the city and one of Poland's best microbreweries. Bar opening times are different from those of the restaurant, so check the website for details.
