ALUMNAT

Located at the entrance to Tykocin, next to the bridge over the Narew River, Alumnat is an elegant restaurant. Its interior alludes to Poland's royal past, when the building was a hospice for veterans and war wounded. Its main dining room, though somewhat outdated in its decoration, offers a comfortable setting in a vaulted space so typical of Poland. The cuisine is that of the region, at the crossroads of three traditions: Polish, Belarusian and Lithuanian. Very refined.
