EL GALLERY

Founded in 1961 by artist Gerard Kwiatkowski, this splendid and very modern contemporary art gallery in a former industrial building is located in the former Church of Our Lady, dating from the 13th century, but destroyed and rebuilt after the war. This is the place to visit in Elbląg. Since its foundation, the gallery has been dedicated to the development of contemporary and conceptual art. An art biennial is held here. Exhibitions, art labs and concerts are held there. It is a unique space in Poland.
