The OFF Piotrkowska complex occupies the old cotton mill buildings of the former Ramisch factory. Towards the end of 2010, the area's enormous potential began to be exploited by young artists, and little by little, bars, restaurants, clubs, alternative music venues and publishing houses sprang up. Unlike Manufaktura, the revival here has been spontaneous, thanks to the talent and determination of a number of enthusiasts who have made OFF Piotrkowska the place par excellence for alternative culture in Łódź.
