One of the branches of the Warsaw Museum, located in a complex of historic buildings next to the Rożycki market. It traces the history of the Praga district through photographs, archive documents, multimedia material and various objects that bear witness to the neighborhood's past. Once located in a neighborhood alley, Pawel Althamer's statue of "Pan Gum" (Mr. Rubber) is now housed in the museum. Rich and fascinating, this visit is a must if you want to understand Warsaw's most enigmatic district.
