Jorge was born on the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua. At age 17, he came to live in the Honduran Moskitia with his family fleeing the Sandinista war. He then studied in the United States to become a forestry engineer. Since 1990, he has been offering ecotourism services around La Ceiba and Moskitia. A true passion, professional and strong defender of the Rio Platano biosphere.

The prices include all free accommodation (one night) if you contract a circuit. About US$45 for an outing in one half-day rafting, US$45 for sea kayaking (lagoon Cocoa). Stay 3 jours/2 nights in the cloudy forest with hiking: about US$235 per person, including the facility of possible campsite, the meals and the admission fees. Lastly, and it is an excursion advised with this company which knows its business well: 5 jours/4 nights in Moskitia (about around US$250 all included, to add transport).
