Walks start around 8 h and end around 15 h (except the tour at Lancetilla which ends around 12 h). The excursion to Punta Sal is the most quiet, Izopo will delight nature lovers (kayaking, birds, etc.) and Miami and the lagoon vibrates everyone. A combination of several excursions called Eco Pass is possible, including Punta Sal + Punta Izopo + rafting and climbing in Pico Bonito park (near La Ceiba) + t-shirt (for a flat cost of USD 60). Transfers to La Ceiba or Copán are also available, including bicycles.
