For the Isla del Tigris, we descend to the level of the branch line towards Coyolito, buses arrive from San Lorenzo frequently (every hour from 7 h to 17 h). In Coyolito, we take a lancha for Amapala. Departures every hour (other companies leave the terminal of Mi Esperanza, like Bonanza). Also direct departures (at least four per day with Mi Esperanza).
