TEATRO DE LAS RUINAS

The Permanent Festival of Art and Culture is held in the Teatro de Las Ruinas. Interesting performances (poetry recitals, Gregorian chant, classical music) in an absolutely charming setting, since after 15 years of renovation, the large theatre hall has recently had an additional floor and modern acoustics by the architect José Luis Ruvalcaba, deputy director of the National Museum of Architecture of Mexico. The room can accommodate up to 300 people.
