LA CASA DE MAMAPÁN
A warmly decorated establishment with comfortable rooms and old-world charm
In the heart of Ahuachapán's historic center, this establishment doesn't go unnoticed, thanks to its colorful murals painted by the Fabru's brothers, Salvadorian artists. They depict scenes from the lives of the village's inhabitants, and some of these colorful characters can even be found on the downtown directional signs. The hotel is part of the postcard image of the region. The rooms are comfortable and have a real old-world charm. It's a true family institution, handed down from generation to generation. Its name comes from the nickname given by the current manager's daughter to her grandmother, and from the contraction of Ahuachapán. Nothing to do with bread(pán)! We love the atmosphere, the warm welcome and the warm decor of this place steeped in history. An address not to be missed on the Route des Fleurs and the Route des Volcans.
