He is the only brewer in the country producing salvadoran beers with quality ingredients (barley, wheat). Several varieties of cervezas: Red (red beer, American red ale), Wapa (American wheat Ale), Oktoberfest (German lager in marzen/oktoberfest style), La Calabaza (American ale taste of squash cake), Stout (originating in Ireland). Various styles of beer around the world are therefore proposed according to seasonality while experimenting with new flavours with local fruits and spices.
