Family restaurant since 1996 whose reputation is no longer to be done. Doña Haydée started with a small restaurant that was slowly enlarged around the fame of his nacatamales (who would be the best in Managua!). His daughters, Irene and Alicia, took over the torch, but the mistress of the places is never far away.
