The hotel is located in the center of the Myrkdalen mountain resort, just a 30-minute drive from Voss, 45 minutes from Flåm and 2 hours from Bergen. In winter, you have access to one of the largest ski resorts in western Norway, while in summer you can start hiking or biking right from the doorstep. The modern hotel has 112 rooms of various categories. The ski resort offers pistes for all levels, as well as off-piste skiing, cross-country skiing and ski touring.

Parking grand et large. Pour se rendre à l'hôtel, il faut faire attention à tourner au bon endroit. Surtout dans l'obscurité car le sat nav est mal orienté et il n'y a pas de panneau indicateur ! En arrivant par la grande route, il faut tourner immédiatement à droite (grand parking) puis à gauche en montant la colline.
Novembre était censé être le mois le plus calme ici (personne d'autre que notre groupe). C'est également le cas en semaine pendant la saison de ski. Mais les week-ends, les jours fériés et les vacances scolaires étaient censés être complets.
En ce moment (vendredi-samedi, 15-16.11.2024), c'est poussiéreux, pluie battante et vent (rageur) et un chaud 7 degrés ???? Lund attendu la semaine prochaine ???? Lund attendu la semaine prochaine
