Things to see and do Dalen

Located 10 km from Dalen, this is the traditional farm where the sculptor Anne Grimdalen (represented in the National Gallery in Oslo) was born. There are indoor and outdoor exhibitions of her work, including animal sculptures all over the huge garden, which children will be happy to explore and touch. The wooden houses are very old and very pretty, all carved. There is a bright cafe where you can have lunch or dinner for very little money and without having to travel for miles!
