You'll find the Saada Tenzah hostel just outside the town of Ayoun, on the road to Néma. All rooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning and TV. It is also possible to spend the night under a khaïma, at a lower cost, for smaller budgets. In addition to traditional couscous and mechouis, the restaurant offers Mauritanian specialties such as kesras, barley or wheat cakes baked in the oven or in sand (they won't crunch, I promise!), and belaghes, wheat cakes.
