Sehr schöne Hotelanlage und schön gestaltete Zimmer. Die Lage ist einmalig und die Aussicht bezaubernd. Dies hat aber auch seinen Preis und der Service kann dabei leider nicht mithalten. Im einzigen Restaurant im Hotel dauerte es jeweils sehr lange, bis das Essen serviert und danach die leeren Teller wieder abgeräumt wurden. Das Serviertablett einer Toom Service Bestellung wurde erst am übernächsten Tag wieder abgeräumt. Ausserdem hat man nach ungefähr 5 Tagen alle Gerichte der Karte einmal durchprobiert, da diese nicht sehr umfangreich ist. Bei längeren Aufenthalten kann es kulinarisch dann ziemlich schnell langweilig werden. Abgesehen davon war der Service aber immer freundlich und wir würden vermutlich auch wieder hierher zurückkehren, falls sich die Gelegenheit dazu bietet.

Bungalow superbe très confortable et cadre incroyables !
Les moins : les transats plein de fientes d’oiseau jamais nettoyés et le jacuzzi plein d’enfants alors qu’un panneau mentionne que c’est interdit aux moins de 14 ans, c’est beaucoup moins tranquille du coup ????

五つ星ホテルと期待していくと違うかもしれません…。
お部屋はとても暗く、シャワールームは電気が壊れていてほぼ何も見えませんでした。
ドアの鍵も壊れてました。
それがデフォルトなのかと思っていましたが、同じタイプの部屋を取っていた家族の部屋に行ってびっくり。
部屋が煌々と明るくシャワールームも明るかったのです。
ホテルに伝えて翌日部屋を変えてもらいました。

タオルやアメニティ類が完璧に届くのは着いた日だけです。
後は何かしら足りません。

サービスは返事だけ良くて、実際は行動に移してくれないことが多かったです。

タクシーを乗る時は要注意です。
フロントの方が言うのとタクシードライバーの提示額が違いました。
必ずファイナルプライスを確認していきましょう。
タクシー一台につきではなく、1人につき料金が掛かります。

海はとてもきれいで天然プールも行く価値があります。
