Beautiful downtown hotel, separated in two categories 2 or 3 stars. It is the first Caledonian hotel to be certified High Environmental Quality. It has even been shortlisted for the Césars of responsible travel! The rooms are well insulated and fully equipped (160 cm bed, flat screen, wardrobe with safe, air conditioning...). In the morning, we enjoy our breakfast (extra charge) in the nice patio made of gardens with medicinal, aromatic and edible endemic plants. We love it! On request, airport shuttle and car rental.

Bon emplacement, calme, patio / espace petit-déjeuner agréable, bonne connexion internet.
Plusieurs restaurants à proximité.
Accueil et personnel agréable et poli.
Chambre pas très spacieuse mais il y a ce qu'il faut à minima.

This hotel has some great reviews, but I was not really impressed.
On one hand, it is close to the city centre and relatively clean. On the other hand, the ventilation in the room was loud (although they advertise quiet rooms), and some basic amenities (such as a hairdryer) were missing.
At night, we asked the reception if they could check the ventilation system, and they agreed that it was too loud. They offered us another room, but it was pretty much the same, and did not smell great.
At that point, as a compensation, we were verbally offered breakfast, but in the morning no one seemed to know about it, so we just gave up as it was not worth the hassle.
I later found out that such things are not uncommon in hotels in NC, so it's fair to adjust one's standards. But for sure, if I'm back in Nouméa, I'll look for an alternative.
